For properties in unincorporated Boulder County, contact Clerk &amp; Recorder at (303) 441-4442 to verify eligibility and requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Wildfire risk mapping conducted by Wildfire Partners shows that 32% of properties in the Lafayette area are within the wildland-urban interface.
